The poor thing had outgrown its aquarium, and I simply couldn’t bear the thought of releasing it into the wild. Rushing home, I set to work, digging a hole in the backyard, lining it, and filling it with water. Over the years, my passion for container gardening has only grown stronger. I’ve had the privilege of working on water features and gardens across the globe, from Disney World to France and beyond. And with each new project, I’m inspired to push the boundaries of what’s possible, to infuse even more personality and whimsy into my outdoor spaces.
