What started as a few initial beds has now expanded to encompass over 225 species of plants, 85% of which are native to North Carolina. And the transformation has been nothing short of breathtaking.
Just take a look at some of the “before” and “after” shots – parking lot islands that were once barren now burst with color and life, while once-dull border beds have become lush, vibrant havens for pollinators and other wildlife.
